PUTRAJAYA: The thrust of the Government’s move to centralise the regulation of water supply is to ensure that services are improved before tariff increases are allowed.
Energy, Water and Communications Ministry deputy secretary general II Teo Yen Hua said the Government wanted to put in place a strong regulatory regime.
