KUALA LUMPUR: Some 320,000 illegal foreign workers have taken up Malaysias amnesty offer with the Jan 31 deadline remaining in effect, said Deputy Home Affairs Minister Datuk Tan Chai Ho.
The numbers, he said, had surpassed the ministrys target of 200,000 when the amnesty period started on Oct 29 last year.
