PENANG: The tidal waves have destroyed more properties in Kuala Muda, Kedah although more lives are lost in Penang, according to the Fire and Rescue Department.
The department’s deputy director-general (management) Datuk Wan Mohd Nor Ibrahim said damage to properties in Penang was not bad compared to Kuala Muda.
