MIRI: Floods and landslides forced the closure of the popular Lambir National Park in northern Sarawak and caused a stretch of the Pan Borneo Highway near here to collapse.
The 7,000ha park, one of the most diversified tropical forests in the world, suffered widespread erosion at several stretches of hillslopes and jungle tracks.
