KOTA BARU: The Kelantan government must quickly restore water, electricity and other services damaged by the worst floods to hit the state in 21 years.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak also said the Federal Government would consider giving help to Kelantan based on the state's assessment of the extent of the flood damage.
