KUCHING: Civil servants who are actively involved in voluntary and charitable work must be rewarded by the Government, said a leading social worker here.
Datuk Ang Lai Soon said although the civil service had a reservoir of highly-skilled professionals, who could be tapped for voluntary work, there were now fewer volunteers.
