IPOH: Despite being drenched by a downpour and engulfed in total darkness, Asst Supt Harrith Kam Abdullah, 46, did not despair when he was lost in the jungle of the Kledang Range in Menglembu on Monday. 

Never once did it cross his mind during the 16-hour ordeal that he would not come out of the jungle alive.
