MORE than RM500,000 will be allocated to upgrade the Kota Kinabalu International Airport in Sabah to accommodate the increasing number of passengers.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy said the ministry was preparing a work scope to improve the facilities at the country’s second largest airport, including extending its runway and terminal.
