PUTRAJAYA: The normally-quiet Putrajaya Boulevard was transformed and abuzz with activity when thousands turned up to celebrate the national-level Hari Raya celebrations.
Held for the first time at the federal administrative centre, the open house saw about 100,000 Malaysians and foreigners thronging the area yesterday from early evening to the wee hours of the morning.
