KUALA LUMPUR: A Nigerian businessman, who claimed he visited Malaysia to join a management and planning programme, was jailed 52 months for possessing a forged cheque and failing to have a valid travel document.
Kanu John Woko, 52, was jailed 40 months for having the forged cheque in Jalan Tun Perak here about 11.30am on May 31 last year.
