MALACCA: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam rebuked a water treatment plant contractor for not completing the project on time.
The RM109mil project at Sungai Lanchang began in February 2002 and should have been completed early this year. It was to supply 55 million litres of clean water to residents in Merlimau and part of Jasin.
