A SYNDICATE has raked in about RM1.2mil over the past two years by selling over 500 MyKad and passports to illegal workers, said Deputy Home Minister Datuk Tan Chai Ho.
Sin Chew Daily quoted him as saying that several men had been detained to facilitate investigations into the matter and the selling of the documents was now under control.
