KUALA LUMPUR: Instead of greeting visitors by the entrance of the Cabinet's Hari Raya open house as expected, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi surprised everyone by walking around the PWTC and shaking hands with his guests personally.
Despite the crowd, which numbered some 200,000, the Prime Minister did not seem to mind walking up to them and wishing them Selamat Hari Raya.
