IMMEDIATE FINES: (Nov 10) Motorists found driving recklessly must pay the maximum fine of RM300 on the spot with immediate effect. The fines are for speeding, overtaking dangerously on a double line and on the emergency lane, beating the red light and driving heavy vehicles on the fast lane.
Enforcement officers with laptops will also check the driving record of offenders and those with outstanding summonses must settle them in full.
