KOTA BARU: Just days after placing party members in “election mode” to challenge the ruling PAS for power, Kelantan Umno yesterday began restructuring its machinery topped by a council that includes major national economic and financial figures.
New state Umno liaison chief Datuk Annuar Musa, who announced the establishment of the Kelantan Development Council yesterday, named Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Mustapa Mohamed and Gua Musang MP Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah as advisers.
