KOTA KINABALU: Petrol kiosk operators have been found to be the biggest culprits in Sabah in the illegal sale of diesel to industries that has caused a severe shortage of the fuel in the state.
Enforcement officials of the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry have so far 38 people involved in the illegal sales of diesel to industries were compounded.
