PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has postponed its decision on the prosecution’s appeal to enhance the penalty imposed on former assemblyman Datuk Waad Mansor, who has been convicted of corrupt practice.
The prosecution is seeking to turn Waad’s RM45,000 fine for three counts of corrupt practice to a jail term.
