PENANG: The Election Court will deliver its decision on the Permatang Pauh election petition on Thursday.
Judge Datuk Hasan Lah fixed the date after hearing submissions by counsel for both the petitioner Datuk Pirdaus Ismail and respondents Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, the returning officer and the state Election Commission.
