KUCHING: The newly-registered Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) has accepted eight of the 13 elected representatives from deregistered Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS) as members and has applied to join Barisan Nasional.
PRS pro tem president Sidi Munan said the pro tem committee met yesterday and approved the applications of the nine to join the multi-racial party, which was formed by those aligned to Datuk Dr James Masing.
