PUTRAJAYA: Illegal foreign workers, irrespective of their nationalities and regardless of their immigration offences, have 17 days to return to their countries under an amnesty programme, beginning Oct 29.
Home Minister Datuk Azmi Khalid said they could return home without being fined or arrested by the authorities under this programme.
