KUCHING: Muslims in Sarawak will now be able to pay zakat (tithes) at post offices.
Under a memorandum of agreement (MoA) signed between Baitulmal Sarawak and Pos Malaysia Bhd yesterday, which took immediate effect, Pos Malaysia has been authorised to collect zakat at its 61 post offices in Sarawak.
