PUTRAJAYA: The Higher Education Ministry is developing a national register for individuals and corporations to check the authenticity of qualifications in light of the increasing number of bogus degrees in the market.
This national register will be merged with similar registers from other countries so a global register of institutions and qualifications can be developed.
