IPOH: The Election Court has dismissed with costs an election petition filed over the result of the Pantai Remis state seat.
Justice Wan Adnan Muhamad said Barisan Nasional candidate Wong Chong Sang, who filed the petition, had no basis in his application to nullify the election result on the grounds that nomination papers filed by DAP’s Pantai Remis candidate Nga Kor Ming were incomplete.
