SHAH ALAM: The disabled community has criticised a Road Transport Department (JPJ) ruling that they should come in person when applying for road tax exemptions.
The ruling, effective from Oct 14 last year, requires the disabled to go to the JPJ office with their Welfare Department identification tags when applying for the exemption given in last years budget.
