THE Cabinet has directed the Finance Ministry and the MCA to settle the issue regarding Chinese cemetery managements being asked to pay income taxes by the Inland Revenue Board, a Chinese newspaper reported.
Sin Chew Daily reported MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting as saying that Finance Minister II Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop would represent the Finance Ministry to settle the issue.
