KUALA LUMPUR: Housewife Yim Pek Ha, who is accused of abusing her maid Nirmala Bonat, has failed in her bid to get two independent medical experts to examine Nirmala.
However, the Sessions Court allowed Yim, 36, to get a copy of the medical case and interview notes by the medical experts who examined Nirmala.
