MIRI: Sarawak has set aside 106 areas for water catchment reserves to meet rapidly increasing demand for treated water.
Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud said the state government was worried that there could be a shortage of treated water in certain areas in the state in the near future.
