Reports lodged against con men

PENANG: Two state executive councillors and an assemblyman have lodged a police report after a group of con men posing as the state secretary tried to fleece them of RM15,000. 

State executive councillors Lau Chiek Tuan and Teng Chang Yeow, and Bagan Jermal assemblyman Ooi Chuan Aik lodged the reports yesterday at the George Town and Butterworth police headquarters.
