KOTA BARU: Chief Justice Tan Sri Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Halim has urged all parties to wait for the grounds of judgment to be handed down by the Court of Appeal which held that dates of rape offences in the charge sheets must be specific.

He said the judgment was linked to “technical grounds,” adding that judges could make use of laws on technicality based on the facts and particulars of the case.
