Mix FM listeners jam phone lines to voice objections

PETALING JAYA: Telephone lines at the Mix FM studio were jammed with calls from listeners who voiced their objections to the marina project on Pulau Tioman, which was highlighted on The Star’s front page yesterday. 

“It’s really frightening. I don’t know if the people at the high level know about what’s going on and whether they understand the extent of this (project),” said Paul, one of those who called up the morning show.
