MALACCA: Goh Yew Kian was the “odd” one out among 139 assistant enforcement officers who completed a three-month induction course at the Road Transport Department (JPJ) Academy near here – he was the only Chinese.
“I had an enjoyable time as we are all like one big family. The Malays, the Indians and others were all given the same treatment,” Goh, 25, from Machang, told The Star.
