KUALA LUMPUR: All nightspots and pubs in Bangsar have been ordered to stop operations at 2am from Sept 15.
Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Mohamad Isa Abdul Samad said the order applied only to Bangsar and not the whole of Kuala Lumpur.
