SHAH ALAM: A high-flying snatch thief who owned a luxurious double-storey house and two luxury cars has pleaded guilty to stealing from two women and keeping items stolen from 17 of his victims.
The penalty for two charges of theft is a jail term of up to 10 years each or a fine or both, while the penalty for another two charges of possession of stolen goods is a jail term of up to five years each or a fine or both.
