HONG KONG: The recording of the testimony of several witnesses relating to the alleged RM76.4mil money trail in the CBT trial of Tan Sri Eric Chia Eng Hock was delayed on its first day following some confusion in the marking and tendering of documents.
The proceedings suffered several “hiccups” and stood down several times during the recording of the testimony of first witness, Hong Kong's Independent Commission against Corruption acting chief investigator Michael Burley.
