KUCHING: A pre-dawn downpour here and in Sri Aman yesterday came as a great relief to residents.
The rain, which reduced the temperature and improved visibility, came several hours after Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam said the state had engaged experts from the peninsula to carry out cloud-seeding activities over the capital and Sri Aman early this week.
