Keadilan gives way to PAS in Kuala Berang

KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Keadilan Rakyat is backing down from its initial announcement to contest in the Kuala Berang by-election, thus making way for PAS to field a candidate. 

Keadilan vice-president Mohamed Azmin Ali said in a statement yesterday that to maintain unity and friendship among opposition parties, Keadilan was making way for PAS to challenge Barisan Nasional in the by-election.
