JOHOR BARU: A senior investigating officer told the High Court he did not take a yellow-coloured bicycle found at the Tenaga Nasional Bhd sub-station in Tanjung Kupang on Jan 17 as evidence as he felt it was not important to the case.
Asst Supt Idris Abdul Karim, from the Johor Baru (north) police district office, said the bicycle was in the Tenaga compound near the gate.
