KANGAR: The Election Commission (EC) may have made procedural mistakes in the elections for the Guar Sanji and Sanglang state seats but they did not affect the final results for both seats, an Election Court has ruled.
Penang High Court Judge Datuk Mohd Noor Abdullah, who was sitting as Election Court judge, said this before striking off two election petitions with costs here yesterday.
