JOHOR BARU: Following the success of the Keluarga Sakinah programme to help overcome social ills affecting society and families, the Johor government has come up with a plan specifically to check the occurrences of incest.
The module of the new plan was prepared by a panel of 55 representatives of various government departments headed by State Secretary Datuk Mohd Razali Mahusin.
