SITIAWAN: The courts must instil fear among those who are guilty while making the innocent feel protected, said the Raja Muda of Perak, Raja Nazrin Shah.
He said the courts were a symbol for the judiciary to ensure that the country’s laws were safeguarded through a judicial system, which was independent and neutral, fair and equitable as well as transparent and open.
