SEREMBAN: Card readers have been given to enforcement officers nationwide but a marketing officer was still slapped with a summons for producing his MyKad and not his driving licence at a police roadblock on Friday.
R. Gobinathan, 27, was returning to his home in Bandar Seremban Selatan on a motorcycle when he was stopped at a roadblock in Taman Seremban Jaya about 8pm.
