IPOH: A tailor and her two nephews who received their MyKad only after a third visit to the state Registration Department, have been fined RM100 for late collection.

Chow Sook Fong, 30, said the fine was ridiculous as she had gone to the department to check once in May and again in June but had been told to wait for the notification letter from the department.
