PUTRAJAYA: With the judge-to-citizen ratio standing at 1:322,225, Malaysian judges are overworked and would like to see the ratio reduced by close to half, said the Chief Justice.
Tan Sri Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim said the ratio was higher than in Singapore (1:310,922) and Hong Kong (1:190,420).
