THE National Union of Plantation Workers (NUPW) will refer its dispute with the Malaysian Agricultural Producers Association (Mapa) to the Industrial Court.
Tamil Nesan and Malaysia Nanban carried front-page reports quoting NUPW secretary-general Datuk G. Sankaran as saying that the union would refer the matter to the court if the association refused to pay a minimum wage increase of 8%.
