KUALA LUMPUR: An Election Court has struck out three election petitions filed by PAS candidates to nullify the results of the March 21 general election in three constituencies in Selangor.
Election Judge Justice V.T. Singham, in dismissing the election petitions with costs, ruled that none of the grounds in the petitions stated that allegations of non-compliance of the Election Offences Act 1954 had affected the election results.
