KUALA LUMPUR: A multi-level marketing company has been ordered by the Consumer Claims Tribunal to pay a total of RM15,960 in compensation and costs for false and misleading representation in marketing its loyalty reward cards.
The tribunal ruled on Tuesday that Asia Command Sdn Bhd must pay RM600 in compensation and an additional RM198 in costs to each of the 20 individuals who had filed claims against it.
