KUALA LUMPUR: Seventy candidates are eligible to contest the 20 Umno Youth exco positions in the party polls, said the movement's chief Datuk Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.
Of the 70, only a handful were existing committee members and could contest to retain their posts, he said.
