KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has struck out an election petition by a voter to nullify the victory of DAP's candidate Fong Kui Lim for the Bukit Bintang parliamentary constituency in the March 21 general election.
In dismissing Gan Joon Zin's petition with costs, Justice Low Hop Bing ruled that the petition was defective.
