Man claims trial in oral sex case

PENANG: An odd-job worker has claimed trial in a magistrate’s court to forcing a beautician to perform oral sex on him. 

Mohd Ismail Md Kasim, 35, from Persiaran Paya Terubong, Relau, denied committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature with the 26-year-old woman at a boutique in Air Itam. 

He was alleged to have committed the offence at 3pm on June 25. 

ACCUSED: Mohd Ismail being led into the magistrate’s court in Penang yesterday.

Mohd Ismail, represented by Md Yunos Shariff yesterday, denied the charge that he forced his penis into the mouth of the beautician. 

The offence punishable under Section 377B of the Penal Code carries a maximum jail term of 20 years and liable to whipping. 

Magistrate Priscilla H.N. Rajan allowed Mohd Ismail bail of RM4,000 pending hearing on Jan 11.  

C/ Insp Low Kam Fatt appeared for the prosecution.
