PENANG: A 35-year-old married man with four children has been arrested in connection with the two cases where a beautician and a hairstylist were forced to perform oral sex on him.

The suspected sex fiend was nabbed at an apartment in Relau here.

George Town OCPD Senior Asst Comm (II) Mohd Ali Mohd Yusuf said the jobless man was picked up on Monday night.

IN CUSTODY: The suspect being led away by police after a remand order was granted against him in Penang yesterday.

“The man fits the description given by the two victims. We got a semen sample from the tissue paper which he had used to wipe his private part after he had satisfied himself with one of the women.

“The tissue paper is being sent to Kuala Lumpur for DNA testing. The 25-year-old beautician had already identified the man as the sex fiend while the other victim will be called in today to pick him out from an identification parade,” he said.

SAC Mohd Ali said the man has since been remanded for a week by a magistrate’s court pending investigations.

The two cases were reported late last month in Air Itam and Paya Terubong, where the man posed as a customer before tying up the women and forcing himself on them.

In the June 25 incident, the man told the beautician at her shop in Air Itam that his wife needed a facial before a wedding dinner.

As the victim was showing him the products, he grabbed her from the back, overpower-ed her and tied her up before locking up the shop and forcing her to perform oral on him.

The attack on the the 22-year-old hairstylist occurred on June 30.

The suspect asked her the price of a haircut before she was overpowered.
